Biography:
Jena L. Cauley attended the University of Georgia where she
graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration
in International Business with minors in Spanish and Latin
American Studies.
Ms. Cauley continued her education at Florida
Coastal School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate in
2009. While attending law school, Ms. Cauley was a customs
broker and freight forwarder assistant for a full service
customs brokerage. She served as a law clerk for the Office of
General Counsel for the City of Jacksonville where she assisted
counsel in bid protests and multi-million dollar mediations in
representing the Jacksonville Port Authority.
Additionally, Ms. Cauley was selected by the International Programs Committee of
her law school to research and present legal recommendations to
the Office of the Attorney General of the Bahamas regarding
contemporary issues in International Business and Eminent Domain
law.
After graduating law school, Ms. Cauley practiced Customs law in
Miami, Florida where she assisted importers and exporters in
clearing goods through the U.S. Customs and Border Protection
Agency. Throughout the economic downturn, Ms. Cauley has helped
countless clients by way of saving their homes in foreclosure
defense. She is admitted to practice in the states of Florida
and Georgia.
