If there is no lawsuit involved, we will provide short sale
facilitation at no charge as long as the following conditions
are met:

HLA is selected to do the closing;
•
The client is cooperative in providing necessary
documents and information; and
•
There are no extenuating circumstances that make
obtaining approval more difficult (i.e. disclosure
issues, asset protection concerns, etc.). We are happy
to address these special needs, but there will be a
separate charge for those services.
